The Campbell plan of governance was adopted in May 2016.

Campbell exists to help people make well-informed decisions about social and behavioral interventions. As a largely voluntary organisation, Campbell recognises that it is essential to have transparent policies that set out roles and responsibilities and also guide the work of the organization.

The plan of governance is intended to help Campbell achieve its mission in accordance with agreed-upon principles, and to ensure the long-term stability and vitality of Campbell while providing enough flexibility to accommodate growth and change.
